Dual-certified with 80 hours of formal mediation training, 30+ hours of formal arbitration training, and a two-year dispute resolution fellowship.
Mentored by some of the nation's most respected and experienced ADR talent.
Co-author, ABA Dispute Resolution Program State Directory (2021).
Solo/small firm practitioner since 2011, which significantly streamlines disclosures and reduces imputed conflicts of interest.
In 2022, I enthusiastically expanded my professional services to include mediation and arbitration.
I recently completed a two-year Fellowship with the American Bar Association Section of Dispute Resolution.
Mediation: I volunteer as a Judge Pro Tempore with the Maricopa County Superior Court on an as-needed basis to assist in the settlement of litigation matters. I've been a student of human behavior since earning my economics degree in 1991. My complementary role as a wellness professional, enhances my ability to facilitate connections, put people at ease, and build trust. As a persuasive communicator, intuitive listener, and seasoned commercial litigator, I can identify and overcome obstacles to settlement.
Arbitration: I proudly serve on the AAA's National Roster of Arbitrators. I spent much of my early career immersed in arbitration — as a student clerking for a California arbitrator, and as a New York lawyer in the collective bargaining context. Upon moving to Arizona, my practice shifted to advocacy with commercial panels. At the ABA's 13th Annual Arbitration Training Institute, I re-connected with longtime mentors who encouraged me to join them as a neutral.
