(Based on 7/21/21 CDC Guidelines)
Your safety is my priority. As a solo-practitioner and entrepreneur, my livelihood (and my ability to serve you) is dependent on my continued impeccable health.
I look forward to visiting with you in-person, online, or by phone. I am fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (Pfizer) as of 5/3/21, and will get a booster when it is deemed appropriate.
I will wear a facemask during our meeting unless we confirm in advance that each attendee is fully vaccinated and has not engaged in any recent activity or experienced recent symptoms that suggest a transmission risk. If you are not fully vaccinated and not interested in wearing a mask, we can meet online or telephonically.
Vitality Law has a spacious office in Central Scottsdale that will accommodate 8 people. As Fall approaches, the two sets of large patio doors can be opened and fans utilized to enhance ventilation. Outdoor seating is also available.
Large indoor gatherings and meetings at restaurants/coffee shops will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
I am fortunate to have a diverse clientele and colleagues with an assortment of views regarding the evolving global health situation. I take pride in listening to and learning from a variety of sources. This carefully-crafted policy is designed to "meet you where you are at" on this controversial topic, and I have every confidence that navigating these challenging issues together will serve to strengthen, rather than erode, our professional relationship.
Thank you and stay safe!!!
